Forensic Art
On the 19th of December, a Lecture on Forensic art was held for both senior art and science pupils at Monifieth High School. The Lecture was led by Dundee’s main forensic artist and ran throughout the afternoon. Over fifty senior pupils participated and the talk was highly interesting and engaging for all involved. Mrs Erolin talked about the merging of art and science and how they are used together in many different situations. She introduced the pupils to the different methods she uses when she is working which was very interesting. Mrs Erolin also explained what kind of jobs could be done using the combination of science and art. The lecture was very successful and highly informative. We hope to be able to invite Caroline Erolin back in future years to teach more pupils about her extraordinary form of work.
